Fertilizer

We offer the full line of dry and liquid fertilizers as well as custom blending on both, plus bagged fertilizer and ag lime.

LIQUID FERTILIZER

Edd’s specializes in liquid fertilizers, offering a variety of options, including custom formulas.

The Basics: These products are supplied by PotashCorp and used in mixing starter fertilizers.32%N, 28%N (Golden Uran), 26-0-0-2S (Suran), 10-34-0 (Poly-N), 21-0-0-26S (Amithio), 0-0-62 (Soluble Potash). In corn production, Golden Uran is often used as a carrier for pre-emerge weed control.  Suran is usually used at side-dress to provide the corn plant an extra boost of sulfur.

Row Starters: Our most popular row starter formulas are

15-15-2 with Zn&S
12-20-2 w/ Zn&S
Two zinc micros are available in our starters, the standard is ammoniated zinc.  The premium zinc is Trafix Zn, a chelated product, offering more available nutrients to the plant.

AlfaStart: 16-5-5  Weed control can be added to this fertilizer if planting a pure stand of alfalfa.

Wheat Starter 8-20-20

Soybean Starter 4-10-10

Any custom formula is available to suit your individual needs, especially for specialty crops or to compensate for extreme nutrient levels discovered from soil testing.
